Due to my academic and business experience in alpha, beta and gamma settings, I can offer a wide range of research services. Clients’ questions mostly focus on strategy and innovation (What is our position and situation now? What are opportunities and threats? How do we deal with them?) My diverse international background also allows for connecting clients with relevant partners. Present clients are in the following sectors: information technology (IT), education, publishing and cultural heritage.<\/p>\n\n\n
Founder and Director of Kinderhart Kamishibai<\/em><\/p>\n Kinderhart Kamishibai<\/em> is an organization aiming to make people acquainted with “kamishibai”, a Japanese form of storytelling. Kamishibai can be used to endorse children\u2019s intercultural awareness, sense of inclusion and language development<\/span><\/strong>. Differences in practices and development of kamishibai in Dutch society and other European countries<\/strong><\/span>.<\/em> At the European Kamishibai meeting at UNESCO in Paris (April 2 – 3, 2012)<\/p>\n Since starting my studies Japanese (in the Netherlands and Japan) and Business Administration (in the Netherlands and the USA), I have cooperated with great pleasure with people from diverse cultures from all over the world. I did so as a strategy consultant (across Europe), as the Director of Kinderhart Kamishibai (20+ years of experience, with a focus on Asia and Japan) and as a researcher and teacher at university (15 years of experience). One part of my work for Kinderhart Kamishibai is the promotion and support of diversity and inclusion in pre-schools, primary schools and secondary schools. I am now extending this experience and offer training in international communication and in diversity and inclusion management.<\/p>\n Translator of Japanese texts into Dutch or English (or vice versa; in cooperation with Etsuko Nozaka, a partner in Japan).
